Shipping Policy Emily's Trading Post  will provide standard UPS ground shipping from Emily's trading Post to anywhere in the continental US.  All shipped merchandise will be insured of value purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returned and exchanged merchandise. Return Policy All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number from Emily's Trading Post displayed on the outside of the box. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping box, with a copy of the sales receipt. Merchandise must be returned in like/new condition. Merchandise must be returned to Emily's Trading Post  within 15 days from the original shipment date. All merchandise returned within 15 days of the original shipment date may receive full refund or store credit. Merchandise returned after 15 days will be subject to a $30 restocking fee and a store credit of your balance. No refunds after 30 days from the original shipment date. Out of Stock Policy         All Native American Jewelry sold by Emily’s Trading Post is handmade and thus is one of a kind. Therefore should you purchase an item that is out of stock you will be contacted by email and given the following options: Receive store credit in the amount paid. Have the option of choosing another item of equal value. Allow us to obtain another similar piece, keeping in mind that it will not match exactly.
